Sorry i only speak English
This is from my forum www.suzukivanvan.co.uk
Since fitting i believe the first Yoshimura to a Vanvan in 2006 i have been asked by several members what model, where to buy & how to fit etc......
Firstly it is NOT designed for a Vanvan
(Altho i have run one for 3years/9500miles with no problems)
It is NOT road legal
It is VERY loudThe Yoshimura used is for a Suzuki DRZ125 Part# 2440500-SA
You can only buy this system in the USA and Ebay.com is your best source
To fit the Yoshimura you will need to fabricate the following 2 brackets....
With the pipe mounted up to the Vanvan at the cylinder head, mount the rear section using the two brackets bolted as in the diagram below, using the M6x30mm allen pin to go thru the grab rail fixing and fixing the rear bracket to this with the M6 nut....
Tighten all the mounts and cylinder head fixings to the Suzuki factory torque settings
Exhaust Pipe To Cylinder Head 23N.m
Exhaust Mounting Bolt Center & Rear 23N.mAs stated before these pipes are very noisy, to reduce the noise you can make an alloy baffle as shown....
To fit the baffle remove the three allen pins retaining the end cap,fit the baffle and replace the end cap which clamps on the 2mm flange to retain it
Hope this helps?
Best regards

Hallo an alle SUSI-Schrauber!

Hi Florian, thanks for the welcome
The vanvan with the smaller exhaust is mine.
The exhaust is a Yoshimura Tri Oval, it is not designed for a Vanvan but a Suzuki DRZ125 that uses the same engine as a Vanvan and fitted the vanvan with a little modification
