Ich restauriere meine alte RV125 (1979 Modell 100000 + KM !!!!)

Ziel ist es, es in die Nähe des Originalzustands zu bringen (wie es im Werk gebaut wurde …)

Ich bitte Sie um Ihre Unterstützung bei der Felgenfärbung:

Ich erinnere mich an 'Helles Silber', 'Nicht metallisch' , etwas in der Nähe von 'Aluminium' oder 'Hellgrau'

Könnte jemand aus dem Forum bei der richtigen Farbgebung helfen?

Ich denke, dass die Farbkarte, wie im Teilehandbuch angegeben, nicht hilft (beigefügt)

Siehe auch im Anhang die mit „Primary Paint“ beschichteten Felgen warten auf die finale Farbe.

I remember it like Light Silver , Not Metallic something close to Bright Aluminum or Light Gray

Could anybody from the forum help on the correct Coloring ?

I think that Color Chart as is reported in Parts Manual does no help (attached)

See also attached the Rims coated with “Primary paint” waiting the final color.

Dear RV Community

I am based in Athens Greece & I own a RV 125 B (1979 Model).

Since long time ago I have started restoring it ….. this takes long as I do not have the required available time BUT I decided to have Slow Progress BUT Good results.

Target is to bring RV125 as much closer to the ORIGINAL condition when the motorcycle left the factory.

That means all Parts are original & appear exactly like the initial parts .. (No additional accessories , No Extra Chroming , Same Colors , Same decals , etc …)

Fortunately since long time ago , I had purchased the most Critical Parts, having them available now in an excellent condition …. e.g. : Both Tires are Brand New , Seat is also Genuine & Brand New , Front Fender & Bolts with ‘S’ & many other rare parts.

Let me share You some pictures as You will understand the effort & the cost behind that project…
