I don’t have any turn lights but this system produces alot more power than my Kokusan did. My lights are really bright now. Much better than before.

Thanks RoniSize
I bought them from Bikenet (a retailer in Sweden) https://www.bikenet.se/produkt-kategori/ax-100-tillbehor/
- Flywheel and stator €37 - https://www.bikenet.se/produkt/magnet-med-stator-ax-100/
- Ignition coil with CDI €22 - https://www.bikenet.se/produkt/tandspole-cdi-ax-100/
Total: €59 + shipping
You can by them from Aliexpress/Ebay to but it seems that they don't have a complete kit. You need to find the stator and then a matching flywheel and after that find the right CDI/Ignition coil. (At least I couldn't find a set)
According to Bikenet they ship internationally as long as you pay in advance.

So I gave up on this. Instead of buying a "new" used system I decided to go with a new CDI a.k.a "non breaker point" ignition.
I bought an ignition system for the "Chinese" Suzuki AX-100 copy. I costed me €70 so it was worth a shot.
The flywheel weights about 182g more than my Kokusan.
CDI is integrated in the ignition coil.
Cables:
Yellow/White = Light
Red/White = Battery
Black/White = Earth
Black/Red = Ignition
The system is bolt-on and if you rotate it max clockwise I got a spark about 1,3mm T.D.C.
So I opened up the holes with my Dremel. Originally they where 16mm wide and I made them about 26mm so you have some room for adjustments.
Now I run about 1,7mm T.D.C. and it runs great. Much better torque and good throttle response even though the flywheel is heavier.
A good and cheap alternative that I can recommend!
Cheers,Olle

Hi.
I was quite surprised when I opened my RV50 ignition site. A Kokusan (M21428) with three coils.
Flywheel type FA6305
And I can't find any details in the spare catalog so I need some help.
I need to get new breaker points. I tried to mount 32240-43012 but they won't open. Do anyone know for sure what breaker points that will fit?
Also is this stator only mounted on the Swiss RV50?Tested breaking points - UPDATES (Goal is to find the right part nr.)
Part nr. Status Comment 32240-43012 Will not open For Kokusan - Need to adjust hole with dremel to make it fit. 32240-28010 Does scratch against flywheel.
Unsure if a modification will make it open. For Nippon Denso - Need to adjust hole with dremel to make it fit. 32240-03120 - Doesn't fit Kind regards,
Olle - Sweden -
Thanks for your input RoniSize and fun that you had some measurements to compare with.
I guess I am a lucky 4hp owner then

Hi fellow RV drivers. This will be in English since most of the Deutsch I picked up in school is unfortunately long gone.
I just picked up a 1977 Swiss Suzuki RV50. I'm new to this model and will need some expertise from you guys (and gals).
So first off I need some help identifying my cylinder.
It's been re bored to first oversize. 41,5mm.
